Senior 'Master Scheduler' - Gas Resources Projects

Our people come from major infrastructure backgrounds and bring with them hands-on experience in the planning and delivery of some of Australia’s biggest and iconic civil infrastructure projects.

We are proud to be working with Australian Icons in the Resources sector and would like to talk to a Senior 'Master Scheduler'  who is available at reasonably short notice, with Oil & Gas Resources Industry Experience who are able to commit to a minimum of 2 year assignments with the distinct possibility of extending as the projects develop.

This role has a Key Management responsibility to advise and guide the operational business on critical decisions and complex strategies and requires a consultative approach in a rapidly growing and changing environment. 

The successful candidate will consult and advise on development strategies; investigate and mitigate risk by making analytical recommendations to leadership and key operational stake holders.  

Mandatory Selection Criteria

• 15 years of relevant professional experience on Engineering projects in the Oil and Gas Industry 
• 10 years demonstrated experience in project planning 
• Highly proficient with Excel 
• Proficient in the use of Primavera & MS Project  
• Possess disciplined project experience and presentation with well developed technical writing skills 
• Degree in Engineering or related discipline highly desirable 
• Qualifications / training in Project Management and planning essential
• Must have strong local experience with Australian Standards
• Due to the relatively short notice required, you must already be living within commuting distance of Brisbane CBD or willing to relocate yourself there within a reasonable timeframe (2-3 wks).

These positions are scheduled for around 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri & based in Brisbane, however some site visit's may be required & hours may vary depending on project demands. We will negotiate competitive $ rates. 
Due to the primary location of the project, preference will be given to people living locally who do not need to FIFO or DIDO to the Brisbane Office.
