Senior Mechanical Engineer

My client is a multi-services engineering design practice with 85+ people across multiple offices nationally and abroad. The company is 100% Australian owned and operated, providing building services engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Information Modelling, Environmentally Sustainable Design, Hydraulics & Fire Protection, Transportation and Civil Engineering Stormwater Drainage to the property and construction industry.

POSITION

Looking for a motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to work as part of an experienced team in a Multi-Discipline environment.

Project delivery of mechanical building services projects, heavily involved in a wide range of projects including arts & culture, commercial & workplace, education, health, hotels & hospitality, mixed-use, residential and retail. Working closely with a diverse client base, responding efficiently to clients' needs, including attendance at meetings and inspections.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of local experience
• Proven exposure to the building services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Understanding of building construction and mechanical standards.
• Knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Demonstrated track record in project delivery.
• Demonstrates a strong client focus.
• Well-developed understanding of relevant Standards and Building Codes
• At least 3 years of experience working in Australia
