Job Description

We are looking to appoint two Part Time Senior Night Guest Service Agents at our busy Oaks Gladstone Grand Hotel. These positions offer excellent work/life balance, with a minimum of 3 shifts per week (22.8hrs) on offer.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and checking in guests
• Communicating professionally
• Making bookings
• Assisting guests during their stay
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability to works night shifts, including weekends

Qualifications

To be successful you will have:

• Previous experience working within a Front Office/Hotel/Customer Facing environment
• Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Professional presentation essential
