Responsibilities:
- Coordinate occupational therapy services for community
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalised treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve functional abilities and enhance quality of life
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for holistic care and continuity of services
- Provide guidance and support for independence and self-care skills
- Utilise evidence-based practices and innovative techniques for optimal outcomes
- Evaluate progress, adjust treatment plans, and advocate for clients' rights
- Stay informed about advancements in occupational therapy
- Collaborate closely with esteemed Lead Clinician and mentor junior therapists
Requirements
- Must have a valid registration with AHPRA!
- Should be a qualified Occupational Therapist with experience working with clients across the lifespan and a strong passion for nurturing future leaders
- Should have a deep commitment to improving the lives of individuals through therapeutic interventions
- Should possess creative and adaptable qualities, along with resourcefulness and a talent for problem-solving
- Must be dedicated to continuous learning and professional development
- Should be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical practice and professional integrity
