Benefits fo the Role:
Above Award Salary; $95K - $110K + Super (depending on experience)
Low Billable hours; 4.5 Billable hours per day (or less depending on leadership resonsiblities)
Company car available for community visits
Travel allowance for using your own car

Tailor your working hours around your clients; flexible start and finish times
Conduct therapy with your clients in the outdoors!
$1500 PD budget for external training in an area of your interest
Option to be apart of the Kindy Uplift Program and travel interstate, working with children from different communities and backgrounds needing OT support
Build long lasting relationships with colleagues, children and families
Regular social events with the team
Your Role:
Working with a range of Paediatric NDIS and Private clientele using the outdoors as your therapy space
Conduct assessments, create treatment plans and administer research based therapy that incorporates nature play
Coordinating internal training for Occupational Therapists to be conducted during weekly team meetings
Undertake external Professional Development in areas that interest you and share your knowledge with the team
Providing supervision and support to junior Occupational Therapists
Create and deliver a nature play "School Holidays" program for children such as; canoeing, bush walking, gardening
Liase with the director on quality improvement and team management
Support:
Weekly meetings with your director
$1500 Professional Development Budget so you can continue to upskill in the areas that interest you
Flexible working conditions; choose your start and finish times and tailor your working hours around your commitments

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers licence and own vehicle
