Accenture’s Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. Identify key requirements variances which need to be addressed. Update processes to address requirements and provide inputs into designs. Work with offshore teams on the design and development of solution in Oracle on premises and cloud ERP space.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Fusion BPEL Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex BPEL processes within Oracle Fusion Middleware, ensuring robust integration with various enterprise systems.
Responsibilities:
Create, design, and implement complex BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) processes within Oracle Fusion Middleware to automate and streamline business workflows.
Integrate Oracle Fusion applications with other enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and third-party applications, using BPEL and other Oracle Fusion technologies.
Develop custom extensions, interfaces, and enhancements to Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring they meet specific business needs.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices for BPEL development and integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to BPEL processes and Oracle Fusion Middleware, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications for BPEL development.
Optimize BPEL processes and Oracle Fusion Middleware components for maximum performance, reliability, and scalability.
Create detailed technical documentation and provide training to IT staff and end-users on BPEL processes and Oracle Fusion Middleware functionalities.
Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion Middleware and BPEL technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve solutions and processes.
Ensure all BPEL processes and Oracle Fusion applications comply with organizational security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, implementing necessary security measures.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience as an Oracle Fusion BPEL Developer, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex BPEL processes.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
Proficiency in BPEL, XML, XSLT, XPath, and web services (REST/SOAP).
Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and Java.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Oracle certifications in Fusion Middleware or related technologies are highly desirable.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
