With foundation comes strength, and we are building strong and stable teams to work across our multi-branded business but most importantly, elevating our Risk culture – there is so much opportunity to contribute to the overarching frameworks and be paramount in supporting our transformation into a digital bank.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our fresh-faced Legal and Compliance team as a Senior Compliance Partner, closely aligning with our Retail Bank Financial Crimes teams. This position will see you play a large role in the transformational uplift on our compliance culture, building out frameworks to enhance capability and compliance maturity - very exciting and very rewarding!
Responsible for providing independent review, advice and challenge of initiatives, issues, incidents etc in the Retail Bank to ensure they comply with financial crime compliance obligations, you will be the go-to for all initiatives, issues, and incidents with a Retail Bank Financial Crimes lens, ensuring they comply with financial services obligations, as well as ensuring all conduct risks are managed accordingly.
This role will require a dedicated, inquisitive individual who is dedicated to building strong relationships with the ability to deep-dive to really understand what the business division does, to offer first class compliance advice.
