Salary- Drive profitable, sustainable growth of the Transaction Banking products within the Private Banking segment
- Increase quality of customer engagement and Transaction Banking brand in market
- Active engagement with stakeholders (Private Banking frontline staff) and enablers (Product, Client Delivery & Operations)
You will be accountable for the direct sales and account management of all new to bank and existing Private Banking customers, achieving targets of revenue and profitability and effective oversight of delivery; designing customer pitch solutions, completing customer needs analysis to determine appropriate pricing to win and retain clients while protecting bank profitability; developing and fostering strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders in Private Banking and Specialist Product Sales; providing guidance on the Transaction Banking product suite and procedures ensuring a professional, high quality service to ANZ's internal and external customers; delivering a superior customer experience while ensuring opportunities for revenue growth are maximized; marketing and design capability, customer process mapping, project management, analytical and process improvement capability. You will significantly contribute to high team morale and will work towards converting referrals into closed opportunities.
