An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join the team in WA. You will provide support to KBR’s growing Energy Advisory and Resource teams and their major projects as well as working closely with the wider Australian HR team.
You will be responsible for the development, implementation and administration of human resources programs, policies, processes and procedures designed to attract, retain and reward employees in alignment with overall business strategy. Whilst managing staff and providing guidance, the role also allows you to participate in the development of functional strategy, global processes, and procedures.
A key responsibility of the role will include collaborating with key stakeholders to establish and execute an effective mobility framework to support exceptional delivery to our Clients in consultation with our Global Mobility and Compensation and Benefits Teams. Also, ensuring that our people on projects feel part of & are connected to the wider KBR community.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with key stakeholders to develop and execute the people strategy, mobility and terms and conditions to support major projects and bids.
We are also looking for someone who can leverage their experience in helping to shape a growing business.
It is important that you are able to work independently, build credibility quickly across the business and act as a trusted advisor to relevant leaders, supporting them on a diverse range of complex challenges.
You will need to have strong relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to influence key stakeholders, and negotiate and resolve conflict.
Experience using Workday is desired but not essential.
