Form of work The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the provision of services and solutions of the organisation's human resource technology systems to various client groups. The main focus is to provide maintenance and optimisation of systems in consultation with stakeholders to deliver business improvements enabled by People Systems.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to perform, investigate and resolve system administration tasks including but not limited to system user/group access, security permissions, event log warnings and system interfaces.
Configure system components to enable HR functionality through the development of forms, work flows, notifications, reports and dashboards to provide outputs.
Ensure the team's system service management and daily operational activities
Perform system improvement initiatives and project activities including assessments and tests to ensure seamless system.
Development and maintenance of system governance collateral.
Work in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders to support system developments and implementations.
Mentor team members with system administration functions.
Contribute towards the development and maintenance of operational performance indicators including reporting of system metrics
Requirements
Previous experience in working with a HR system
Strong eye for detail
System service management and monitoring including error handling experience.
Strong analytic skills and high level of problem solving.
Ability to collaborate with peers and technical experts in a team environment
