The Victorian Skills Authority (VSA), an Administrative Office of the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions (DJSIR) portfolio, is currently seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to work within the Industry Skills Analysis Unit. This unit is responsible for developing VSA's labour market evidence base and undertakes research and analytics to articulate skills needs as an input to the Victorian Skills Plan and to inform government decision-making around vocational education and training delivery.
As a Senior Performance Analyst within the Industry Skills Analysis Unit, you will contribute to the development of a series of evidence and information products that provide actionable insights on current and future skills requirements and skills shortages. You will lead the development of an integrated data strategy that defines VSA's vision for data and provide insight and advice to support Victorian government workforce development priorities, national skills needs and skills shortages analysis.
Candidates for this position will need strong performance reporting and data storytelling skills, demonstrated expertise in project management and data governance and experience managing diverse stakeholders and building partnerships.
