OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
With our vision in mind to become Australia's most loved short-term rental brand, you are responsible for the acquisition of property leads and guest bookings for MadeComfy through performance marketing channels to enable MadeComfy's scalability and profitability.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Lead on performance marketing strategy and initially handle execution via channels such as SEM, SEO, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing to meet the lead and sales targets
Use data-driven approach and best practices to optimise and improve channel performances
Monitor and analyse important metrics (including campaign results, conversion rates and traffic), discover opportunities and report trends
Lead budget proposals and provide guidance on the optimal spend
Stay on top of industry updates and determine how they can impact the business and campaigns
Monitor and report marketing campaign performances
Look for opportunities to improve efficiency by adopting new marketing technologies and initiatives
Collaborate with other marketing functions and departments on an ongoing basis to amplify impact
KEY TRAITS
Track-record performance marketing experience
Strong business acumen and a high level of analytical skills
Experience in end-to-end digital campaign management including
communications, planning, briefing, campaign execution and reporting
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strategic thinking and problem solving
Ability to multi-task and self-start
Positive attitude and desire to join a fast-growing, early-stage company
Strategic thinking but not afraid to get their hands dirty
Goal-driven attitude and striving to be the best in the field
B2B marketing experience is advantageous but not a must
