We are seeking a Senior Personal Injury Lawyer with approximately 5-10 years' experience to join our clients' dynamic Personal Injury law team in stunning brand-new Parramatta office space.
The firm is a 25-staff modern and progressive practice that has achieved high growth since its inception. Due to their success, they are relocating into a stunning brand-new Parramatta Tower office space.
Benefits and features of the Position for a Personal Injury Lawyer:
Attractive and high-quality market offering with $120,000 to $150,000 base salary, with an additional 30K sign-on bonus and quarterly performance-based bonuses in addition.

About the Role:
The role is flexible and encompasses a mix of common law work and workers' compensation. There is a healthy pipeline of work available for a Personal Injury Lawyer including:
65-70 common law matters: public liability, MVA, Medical Negligence, Workplace accidents etc. which also involve some litigation.
45-50 Workers comp matters.
Skills and experience we are seeking in a Personal Injury lawyer:
5-10 years PQE experience in Personal Injury Law
A demonstrated understanding of personal injury matters and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation, mediation and advocacy skills
Ability to prioritise and manage a fast-paced practice
Down to earth, positive and professional nature in your work manner and style.
