You are:
You're a Senior PMO Analyst with enterprise level experience in PMO/portfolio planning, scheduling & reporting.
Ideally you come from financial services, insurance or consulting, with strong relationship building & influencing skills and PM certifications.
With a proactive attitude, you are approachable and personable with excellent communication skills.

The Role:
As a Senior PMO Analyst, you'll report & monitor project & portfolio performance, ensuring compliance with their project management standards.
Maintaining portfolio health, you'll provide governance & project support, develop project prioritisation framework and establish a centre of excellence.
This is a relatively new PMO & quite immature, so you'll be instrumental in developing & implementing robust processes.
The role has become available due to a recent promotion. You'll be given the opportunity to start managing projects yourself and move into a PM role if that is where you'd like to take your career.
Skills / Experience / Responsibilities:
Experience as a Portfolio / PMO Analyst
Ideally a background in finance, professional services or insurance
Advanced knowledge of project governance implementation
Skilled in supporting delivery excellence for complex programs
Experience developing PMO related training and conducting education session for diverse stakeholders across the business
