Bark is expanding! Back in 2020, we launched in Australia and New Zealand and we are now looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on, Senior PPC Executive to help us grow into the Australian and New Zealand market. You will be running high volume paid media campaigns across over 1000 categories. The Senior PPC Executive will work on both strategy and hands-on campaign management to help take Bark’s performance marketing efforts to the next level.
This is a great opportunity for someone to provide thought leadership and implement test ideas that enable Bark to scale up across new channels and categories. You will have the chance to work with and build on world class performance marketing automation tools and reporting. This role will involve being deeply involved in granular optimisation but also broader channel strategy and planning.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of PPC budgets and P&L - annual budgets of over £36M
- Plan and execute expansion strategy for new categories
- Optimisation of multiple performance marketing channels (primarily Google and Bing, but also Facebook and several others)
- Testing of ad copy
- Cross-functional collaboration with other teams - Analytics, Engineering, Sales, other marketing functions
- Help develop audience strategy for the Australian and New Zealand Market
- Budgeting, forecasting and communicating performance to senior leadership

Required skills and experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing large PPC campaigns with a large ad spend
- Strong, in-depth knowledge of Google Adwords and Bing Ads
- Experience in working across international campaigns
- Attention to detail
- Ability to contextualise data and communicate clearly
- Ability to innovate but also follow up with execution; Ability to test -> iterate -> scale
- Strong work ethic, personal accountability and ownership
- Understanding of attribution and tracking
- Paid Social or Programmatic Display is a bonus
- Experience in travel, retail or marketplace businesses is a bonus
- Basic knowledge of other digital marketing disciplines e.g. SEO, Affiliates, Email, Display, LinkedIn
- Experience of working in B2B, B2C and lead generation
