THE ROLE
Are you:
Experienced in procurement contracts that support the delivery of large scale, fast-tracked social infrastructure projects?
Experienced in Public Construction procurement process?
Able to manage and oversee the full lifecycle of procurement contracts and contract administration with a focus of identifying risks and establishing risk mitigation processes?
A dynamic team-player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, committed to delivering outcomes under tight time limits?
A proven experience with procurement with advanced interpersonal, written communication, consultation, and negotiation skills?
A maintenance/operations contract management specialist with a passion for transforming process and delivery arrangements to drive higher standards and better outcomes?
Solution-focused leader with track record of successfully delivering significant recontracting strategies?
The Senior Procurement Manager, Maintenance Delivery Transformation is responsible for driving Homes Victoria's Maintenance Recontracting Strategy and Delivery.
This role will suit an experienced contract manager who has been involved in large-scale service contracting delivery in facilities, transport or utility sectors; enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, creating a high performing program and is focussed on delivery of great outcomes.
You will enjoy collaborating with others in a program team and across many disciplines to deliver outcomes. You will be confident in managing competing demands and priorities and have strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
Work within the Homes Victoria Project Management Framework.
Conduct detailed review of the current contracting model with the HV Branch to create a clear set of requirements for the future contract.
Support the re-contracting process for HV Maintenance Activities in alignment with DFFH Procurement Processes and project milestones.
