What you’ll deliver with us
Reporting into our Head of Letters, you will manage the Bulk letter product range with ownership of end-to-end experience and P&L.
You’ll also
- Own the Bulk letter product architecture covering all aspects of customer journey covering all customer segments
- Own development and implementation of the pricing and yield strategies
- Own the Bulk letter product performance and work in unison with Finance, Regulatory, Networks and broader stakeholders
- Owning the value creation with Mail Houses and the mail industry.
- Develop and implement customer and channel frameworks to optimise the effectiveness and efficiency of how we service customers and mail houses,
- Own the customer, channel and other experience requirements and partner with the Product Experience team to execute them across the Customer journey
- Lead, manage and motive a team of 4 direct reports
- Accountable for achieving portfolio financial targets
- Lead the financial forecasting, budget management, modelling and reporting to drive profitability; define and track success metrics.
About you
You are a seasoned B2B Product Manager, ideally with mail industry knowledge and leadership experience.
What we’re looking for
- Deep knowledge of mail production and mail industry
- Deep knowledge of product frameworks and approaches
- Commercial acumen and knowledge of strategic business plans, operational executions plans and customer experience improvement plans
- Knowledge of product and customer experience management methodologies and practices.
- Knowledge of competitor offerings
- Experience in developing product strategy and the end-to-end product lifecycle management.
- Extensive experience of collaborating with a complex and multi-tiered stakeholder group to realise commercial outcomes
- Demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end product value chain levers
- Proven ability to lead teams and ability to influence and drive outcomes across complex Enterprise environment
- Experience driving initiatives that gain buy-in and sign off from senior stakeholder groups.
