Form of work The Nudge Group are pumped to be working with this fast growing FinTech with their core products sitting in the payments space. Due to internal restructures and a new strategic growth plan, we are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Product Manager with established Payments expertise.
This role is the conduit between tech, founders and sales and will have responsibility for the Go-to-Market implementation of a range of new initiatives, enhancements, and product strategies.
A broad role and hands on role, with exposure to all aspects of Payments including acquiring, system functionality, product development, integrations, operations and compliance.
Some key accountabilities include:
Go to market execution of new product initiatives, technical enhancements, and operational improvements.
Lead and oversee the implementation of product strategies and projects.
Manage the Implementation and Integrations Team who work with integrated software partners.
Develop and manage implementation plans for new initiatives, enhancements and products.
Develop and draft new functionality user stories and development requirements.
Communicate with, guide, and create briefings for, various internal teams.
Become a subject matter expert for products, system functionality and enhancements.
Define market requirements, features and packaging into product releases.
Work with marketing to ensure that all product packaging and go to market requirements for the product is being fulfilled on time and on budget.
Work closely with the engineering team, development leads and systems architect.
To be considered for this role… ideally you will bring:
3-5 + years’ experience in a Payments Product role
Designing, defining and implementing product roadmaps, plans and strategies
Ability to effectively communicate product concepts and align them with customer and business goals and objectives
Detailed and highly collaborative communication skills.
A lateral thinker who is adept at identifying patterns and trends.
Exceptional time management and self organisation skills
A thought leader who can manage issues such as reliability, serviceability, and performance.
Amazing analytical skills
Ideally your experience will come from within a FinTech, virtual card provider, or high growth payments business
