What you’ll deliver with us
Reporting Head of AP Parcels, you will manage the Parcel Post product with ownership of end-to-end experience and P&L. You will work alongside our Go-To-Market, Commercial, Strategy and Sales teams.
You’ll also
- Manage the Parcel Post product architecture covering all aspects of sending and receiving
- Own the parcel post in-market performance and the underlying P&L
- Develop and implement customer and channel frameworks to optimise the effectiveness and efficiency of how we manage customers
- Drive the development and implementation of the pricing and yield strategies to cement marker leadership
- Lead the financial forecasting, budget management, modelling and reporting to drive profitability; define and track success metrics
- Ensure existing resources and assets are optimised to extract maximum value from product and service offering.
About you
You are a seasoned Product Manager with experience in profit making organisations.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in developing product strategy and the end-to-end product lifecycle management.
- Extensive experience of collaborating with a complex and multi-tiered stakeholder group to realise commercial outcomes
- Demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end product value chain levers
- Deep knowledge of product frameworks and approaches.
- Commercial acumen and knowledge of strategic business plans, operational executions plans and customer experience improvement plans.
- Knowledge of product and customer experience management methodologies and practices.
- Knowledge of competitor offerings.
