Job DescriptionWe are looking for an outstanding Senior Product Manager tojoin our team and help drive the evolution within our product suite.
You’ll be part of the Admin team that powers the end-to-end talentacquisition journey and specifically, your role within this team wouldinvolve managing configurations, permissions, user management, sandboxenvironments, and more. This is an interdisciplinary role: you will work with Design,Engineering, Product Analysts, and Product Marketing. You will own yourproduct domain from conception to implementation and beyond by applyingcontinuous feature improvement frameworks, as well as the rigorousmeasurement of their impact on our users.
This role is for you if you are a Product Manager with a deepunderstanding of user-first feature development, experience with SaaSproducts, and a passion for changing recruiting forever. What you will do:Working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and productmarketing to deliver a world-class product
Driving the product discovery together with your product triad(engineering and design) Develop a strong product strategy to foster our growth and buildprototypes by using qualitative and quantitative research to operationalizeit Engage in active listening to customers while possessing the criticalacumen to make strategic product decisions aligned with the broader vision
Working with data to identify opportunities and drive measurableoutcomes Be the voice of your product area; inspire team members andstakeholders of the impact and opportunity ahead Manage complex programs necessitating strategic thinking
Translate technical intricacies of functionalities into understandableterms for GTM teamsQualificationsProven experience in product management with solid fundamentals (bonusif you have SaaS or B2B experience) Experience in aligning product and technical roadmaps with a keenunderstanding of team capabilities and constraints for achievable outcomes
Good grasp of UX and discovery process
Great understanding of user behaviour and conversion metrics
Strategic decision-maker Empathy and active listening Excellent communication and storytelling skills Ability to collaborate and lead across multiple teams on complexprojects Aspiration to be an excellent colleague and teammate
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate productvision, strategy, and roadmap to both technical and non-technical audiences
Bonus, experience working with HR tech products
