As we continue to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions, we are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy and driving the development of innovative AI-driven workforce intelligence solutions. Your expertise in product management, cross-functional collaboration, and enterprise customer engagement will be essential in delivering exceptional value to our clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and enterprise customers to understand market needs, define product requirements, and guide the development process from conception to launch.
Your responsibilities will include:
Product Strategy and Vision:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company's goals and market trends.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and drive product differentiation.
Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, business objectives, and technological feasibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Work closely with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to gather feedback, address customer requirements, and ensure successful product adoption.
Foster a collaborative environment, promoting transparency, open communication, and knowledge sharing across teams.
Product Development and Execution:
Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
Manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features and driving continuous improvement.
Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to refine product features and enhance user experience.
Customer Engagement and Enterprise Collaboration:
Engage with enterprise customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and align product offerings with their requirements.
Collaborate closely with enterprise customers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, address customization needs, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your product expertise to guide customers in maximizing the value of our AI workforce intelligence platform.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment, preferably in AI, HR tech, or workforce management domains.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in HR or workforce management is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in driving product development and delivery, with a track record of delivering innovative products on time and within budget.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage enterprise customers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
