This role would suit someone who is looking to take the next step in their career as the Senior Product Marketing Manager and will report directly to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimise marketing strategies and increasing market share and competitiveness globally.
Manage the entire product portfolio from business case builds phase in and phase out, demand forecasting, crafting local marketing, tactical downstream execution and managing EOL.
Translate global and regional plans as a key focus on in- market downstream marketing, to strengthens the company's brand and create new sales.
Analyse competitor's behaviour, identifying market trends and increasing market share.
Develop strong customer relations and feedback channels.
Manage and lead a small motivated team, set targets, implement marketing strategies and campaigns, working closely with the sales team.
Assist in the planning and execution of consumer shows, conferences, and special events to include selection and recruitment of speakers where relevant, field promotional activities and marketing programs, measurement, and tracking ROI.
Digital Strategy oversight; conduit with international region team, local marketing, sales and global digital resources.
Manage advertising objectives, recommend choice of media and determine cost-efficient mix of internal and/or external resources and overall effectiveness of advertising strategies
Our ideal candidate would have the following experience/attributes:
Strong communication, time management and ability to work collaboratively.
Experience as a Product Manager/Group Product Manager
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Advanced knowledge of consumer behaviour sciences and marketing strategies.
Ability to identify strategic industry partnerships and build effective networks.
Demonstrable experience in product marketing and innovation.
