What you will be doing
The Senior Professional Services Engineer "PSE" will be responsible for delivery of Nuix Discover professional services to Nuix Discover clients. The PSE will be responsible for working directly with Nuix Discover clients to assist them in planning and deploying Nuix Discover, advising and consulting on Nuix Discover case administration, development of custom solutions and enable clients' successful use of Nuix Discover.
This position reports directly to the Head of Technical Services and will be a member of a team made up entirely of remote employees. The team member will interact with clients' technical and legal staff, Nuix Product Owners, Nuix Sales, Nuix Product Owners and Nuix Development. A typical day could include troubleshooting client issues, meeting with the development team to detail client feature requests, providing feedback to sales and remotely rolling out a Service Pack on a client's production environment.
Deliver onsite and remote implementation of the Nuix Discover platform including upgrades of existing installs.
Provide onsite and remote product use assistance to the Nuix Discover user and administrator community.
Draft client-facing documentation detailing Nuix Discover implementations and upgrades.
Act as a client advocate within the Nuix Discover organization, sharing feedback (customer requirements, product use, and enhancement requests) with Nuix Discover product management and development.
Work collaboratively with other members of professional services team to troubleshoot client issues across the globe, sometimes requiring work outside of normal working hours.
Client engagement is delivered both remotely and onsite. From time to time, there may be a need for multiday trips to facilitate work and on the occasion at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavor to discuss in advance with you as we understand we all have responsibilities outside of work. There may be opportunities to travel internationally at times.
What you bring to the team
Previous experience implementing and/or supporting enterprise-level software products.
Technical acumen with Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, and Internet Information Server.
Ability to configure and troubleshoot networking tools.
Highly organized to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, yet flexible enough to respond quickly to critical issues.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-organizationally.
Ability to meet planned deadlines.
A bonus if you have any of the following but not necessary
Experience with eDiscovery Review Platforms or Content Management software.
Knowledge of the EDRM model
Proficiency with programming and scripting, particularly SQL.
Experience working collaboratively with a software development team.
Experience working directly with client teams on long term projects.
