This position supports and leads business process improvements and system enhancements to drive effective and efficient management of the infrastructure portfolio ensuring all areas of our Division are well supported.

There are no mandatory qualifications for this role, however experience in Business Process Management or qualifications in this field are highly desirable.

Qualifications and Experience
Although not mandatory, prior experience in business process analysis and improvement is beneficial. Additional experience in data analytics, reporting, and IT project management is advantageous.
