About the role:
As a Senior Project Architect or Associate, you will be managing large and complex projects and be the front face internally and externally for liaising with new and existing clients, leading your team through all the design stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be enthusiastic and pro-active to drive delivery and architectural packages
- Be inspiring to the other team members to manage through the design stages
- Manage time effectively and coordinate documentation and detailed design on a variety of projects; master planning, high -rise residential, large projects
- Work closely with the Director and be a leader
- Energy and drive and a positive attitude to manage complex projects
- Experienced in using Revit to produce detailed documentation for high-rise projects
- Applied BCA and NCC technical knowledge
- Adaptable and solution focused to guide your team
- Excellent communication skills to manage and coordinate the internal team and external clients and consultants.
- Personable and presentable to engage with clients.
- High level of attention to detail and care factor.
- An artistic flair and a desire to produce quality designs.
- Competent in using design software such as Revit and ideally Adobe, illustrator, and InDesign
