Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
Responsible for planning, controlling, delivering and reporting on IT projects on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Project Executive / Business Owner. Ensure projects produce the required outputs and outcomes within the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits. Also responsible for the project producing a result capable of achieving the benefits defined in the Business Case.

Selection Criteria:
Possess Prince2 practitioner certification (or similar project management certification) and/or extensive experience in a project management or similar role.
Demonstrated experience in applying expert project management knowledge to effectively lead and undertake complex projects, which have critical importance and significant impact on organisational goals and objectives.
Demonstrated experience in planning, prioritising and organising work for self and others to achieve goals and meet deadlines, including dealing with competing demands and managing multiple projects and tasks.
Ability to effectively lead and manage staff to foster initiative, promote teamwork, achieve outcomes, evoke creative and innovative thinking, and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated experience in liaising effectively and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, to facilitate cooperation and support in achieving outcomes and to establish and maintain strong effective working relationships.
Demonstrated experience in analytical skills including the ability to assess and critically evaluate the validity of information to prepare reports and briefs for escalation or stakeholder review.
Excellent oral, written communication skills and presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to executive, stakeholders and large groups.
Demonstrated ability to work within a team, as well as demonstrate initiative to work with little or no supervision.
