a
Senior Project Manager
in our Transformation team, you will
be responsible for supporting Australian Retirement Trust to develop the current and future capability required to deliver the Australian Retirement Trust Strategic Plan.
This role is responsible for the creation of project artefacts that are determined by Australian Retirement Trust’s Integrated Delivery Framework and Solution Delivery Lifecyle. You will lead the delivery of a new Insurance product in our Transformation Delivery team. A key function of the role is to successfully manage a broad range of stakeholder expectations as well as project delivery responsibilities to the project sponsor.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the assigned projects are completed on time, on budget,
within scope, to the business requirements and meeting quality standards. The Senior Project Manager must ensure the success of the project by managing risk and minimizing associated impact throughout the life of the project. You will lead and manage staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner.

About you
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
Success in planning and delivery of projects that are highly complex, cost and/or value in a medium sized corporate environment.
Superior stakeholder management skills.
Good knowledge and handling of project management methodology and techniques ie PMBoK, MSP, Prince2, Waterfall and Agile;
Strong leadership skills
Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
Ability to interpret business, information and technical architecture roadmaps and align to the needs of a project.
Demonstrated skills in understanding and practicing project risk management.
Project Server/Online at an advanced level
Demonstrated experience in setting up and maintaining a project schedule
Diploma in PMBoK or working toward Diploma in PMBoK or willing to attain within 12 months
Certified Practising Senior Project Manager (CPSPM) with AIPM or working towards the CPSPM Certification or willing to attain within 24 months
