THE ROLE
Are you:

A great communicator with proven experience working collaboratively with a range of key stakeholders to achieve good partnerships with government departments, renters, and service providers.
The role is responsible for the planning and delivery of a wide and diverse range of contract, procurement, and development projects designed to enhance maintenance services delivery across the state. The role involves the preparation of project plans, tender documentation and process management methodologies against agreed milestones whilst ensuring delivery is within scope, time, budget and in compliance with Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement.
The role requires an experienced Project Manager, with strong contract management and stakeholder engagement skills, alongside a flexible and collaborative approach to working.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
1. Contribute to the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including:
(a) Undertaking research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.
(b) Managing projects or sub-projects and being accountable for the successful delivery and completion of the projects/sub-projects within resourcing, timeline, and budget parameters.
(c) Monitoring and evaluating projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.
2. Where responsible for overseeing, monitoring, or delivering projects, ensure they are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations and guidelines.
3. Strategically develop sustainable partnerships maintaining a strategic overview of community needs, including developing effective consultative mechanisms to ensure stakeholders' views are considered in the development of strategies and initiatives
