TIER 2 HEAD CONTRACTOR
Welink. Recruitment have recently partnered with an established Tier 2 Head Contractor who have earnt a reputation as one of Australia’s leading privately-owned diversified Builder. The Organisation have fostered a close-knit family culture who are committed to securing and delivering new-build residential & commercial projects
THE ROLE:
Due to newly won projects and internal team movements, we are seeking to appoint a Project Manager on a permanent basis overseeing projects of up to $50M+.
The opportunity will allow the Project Manager to lead the delivery team in the successful delivery on new-build residential OR aged-care project
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish project’s master programme
Client liaison and management
Financial management of project, including; budgeting, forecasting and cost control
Head contract and subcontract administration
Lead and coach project team members and succession planning
Health, safety and quality management
YOU:
Relevant tertiary education/qualification in Construction OR Project Management
Strong track record in a similar role working with a reputable Tier 2 OR Tier 3 Head Contractor in Australia
Experience working on new-build, asset solutions or insurance projects valued up to $50M
Team player who is an all-rounder and can get in and get the job done!
