About the role
The Signalling Senior Project Manager will manage and control all Signalling project management baselines as applicable to assigned project(s), through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Detailed review of the project scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements as defined in the project
Continually monitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing changes and adjustments as required, addressing variations to planned performance.
Prepare project reporting documentation on a weekly, monthly and adhoc basis, and present project performance metrics and outcomes as required
Involvement and support of all UGL HSSE requirements including participation in proactive safety measures and HSSE improvement plan initiatives.
About You
You will be enthusiastic with the ability to guide and collaborate with the team.
Technical trade or tertiary qualification in electrical engineering
Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM) or demonstrated equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Strong negotiation, influencing skills and interpersonal skills.
