Senior Project Officer- Mission Integration

Permanent Full Time Position
Salary Range: $135,355 - $152,377 (Plus Super)

About the role
The Senior Project Officer leads key strategic projects across the ACT Region in support of Calvary’s Strategic Intent, the Mission Governance Framework and the Region’s service plans.
The position is a part of the regional team that shapes and supports the strategic goals of Calvary hospitals, aged care and community care in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Support the RDoM to progress a range of projects and development of programs that align with and contribute to Calvary’s mission focus areas and the Region’s service plan;
Work on Calvary’s response to the implementation of Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) legislation in the ACT and on other ethical matters arising within the ACT region;
Lead the development of a broader approach to internal and external communications in the Territory
What you bring
Extensive experience in project management and demonstrated success in delivery strategic projects;
Significant experience in undertaking research to inform, influence and develop policies and procedures;
Experience in service and program design;
Outstanding emotional intelligence, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, risk and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical skills and a demonstrable understanding of governance.
