Senior Property Manager

Your new company
Our client is a real estate services company that provides buying and rental services to customers across Brisbane. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to add a Senior Property Manager to their team to assist with several leasing and property management duties.

Your new role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will provide support to the property team and their property portfolio through administration and stakeholder communications. This includes liaising with tenants and landlords, as well as dealing with external suppliers to ensure the management and maintenance of residential properties is effectively achieved. You will also follow up with stakeholder issues and assist with property maintenance, inspections and rental enquiries.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of property management and looking after a large property portfolio. Therefore, you will have at least 3 years’ experience in property management, as well as a tertiary qualification in a property discipline and a current license or registration as required by relevant statutory body. You will also have the ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve leasing matters. Previous experience with Property Me is required.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered an immediate start in a full-time permanent role based in Brisbane. You will be offered a salary of 70k – 75k + super. You will also be provided with a company car to use within business hours as well as a company phone.
