Operating for over 35 years, my client is a leading Development Company with National success. This group has evolved from a boutique operation to a multimillion dollar business fuelled by a genuine passion for what they do. Leading the way with technology, marketing and repeat and referral business, this is a rare role to be an integral part of a wholistic experience to their customers – in particular investors where you can manage their stock!
The Role:
We are looking for someone to set up their Property Management division and be at the forefront of their growth & success.
Manage 80 properties – these are currently managed externally
Roll in existing residential assets to be managed inhouse
Set up company branding & Property Management platform (including software’s & portals)
Implement processes & procedures
Hire staff
Work alongside internal accounts & marketing team
Set up referral agreements with sales agents/local agents
Work on agency agreements
Work with third party strata, building management etc.
Grow the team
The Candidate:
You will need to be a decision maker!
We need a strong leader to set up this department for success
Licensed and car & drivers license
Great communication skills
Ability to work across all departments and rapport build
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
