The Organisation
A multidisciplinary allied health provider within the NDIS space, is seeking an experienced psychologist (preferably with Board Approved Supervisor credentials) to join their Southwest Sydney or North Sydney clinic. The organisation is NSW based, is well resourced with a healthy referral network and has plans for future expansion into Victoria on the cards. They have a strong reputation for servicing the local communities in which they are based, with a large proportion of treatment within the paediatric space.
The Role
With a strong pipeline of patients, and dedicated administration staff, you will be able to focus on providing superior psychological treatment to NDIS participants. You will benefit from flexible work arrangements and achievable KPI targets. The organisation is equipped to provide telehealth services, however, treatment is generally provided within the community, as such, there is a requirement for travel. You will be part of a lively social culture which provides quarterly training and staff wellbeing initiatives such as in clinic massages, yoga sessions, and meditation classes to name a few. You will have an interest and relevant experience working with children, approximately 75% of your caseload will see you providing treatment within paediatrics. If you have Board Approved Supervisor credentials, the role will see you providing supervision oversight to Provisionals.

About You
You will have general or clinical registration with an AHPRA. Board Approved Supervisor designation would be highly desired. Unrestricted driver’s license and vehicle. Full rights to work. Prior experience within paediatrics is desirable.
