Senior Quality Assurance Officer (005442)

• Support the implementation and maintenance of a quality assurance program which verifies the extent and breadth of service providers’ use of their existing quality assurance systems, including but not limited to:
  • Review of service providers’ quality assurance systems
  • Review of service providers’ audit program and results (including internal and external audits)
  • Targeted audits as useful.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with service provider organisations, including project and quality assurance staff.
• Ensure quality assurance of data in order to report against key performance indicators, and other record keeping systems are appropriately managed and maintained.
• Identify, research and resolve problems in implementing the quality assurance program by ensuring quality standards and requirements are being consistently achieved.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with project clients, project management team leaders and project managers delivering the capital investment program across the Transport and Infrastructure Group.
• Provide advice and guidance to senior management, managers, staff, subject matter experts and other relevant stakeholders in relation to quality assurance principles, systems and outcomes, and contribute to the longer-term strategic perspective within the branch.
• Work with the Programming Team on relevant improvements to the content and implementation of the Capital Investment Program Project Management Framework.
