With a major contract win spanning across Australia, we are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us and drive the continued support and growth to Methodology 1.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, develop, and manage our recruitment team located in Australia.
- Manage the recruitment process for all candidates, from initial application, schedule interviews and share feedback as required.
- Build and develop the recruitment process for new and existing candidates. Help to identify common challenges and pain-points in the hiring selection process.
- Build a comprehensive database of prospective candidates located across Australia.
- Be an ambassador for Methodology 1 and the main point of contact for our client.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process of new hires, ensuring there is an efficient and well-organised procedure in place.
- Focus on providing an excellent candidate experience whilst meeting business expectations and delivering against the hiring plan.
- Perform such other tasks as and when required to support the wider business in the goals and objectives.
- Continue to build new and existing client relationships moving forward within the business.
Requirements
- Strong experience with software including Microsoft Office Suite and Access CRM
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in leading a team (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to communicate to all levels of management in a confident manner.
- Self-starter who can work independently at times as well as collaborate as a team.
- Experience using job boards including LinkedIn and Seek.
- Confident in creating content including video content for marketing and communication purposes.
- Perform other ad-hoc/admin tasks as and when required.

- Salary package: AUD $75K - $85K (depending on experience and skillsets)
