What does a typical day look like?

Working as part of an experienced, proactive and passionate team, this is your chance to take your recruitment career to the next level. With a strong foundation of clients, candidates and market presence, you will be given all the tools necessary to build a lucrative career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant to the Built Environment. This is a full 360 degree recruitment role with your key duties including:
Conducting research and develop talent pipelines
Generating new and existing business
Client management and engagement
Writing job advertisements and candidate summaries
Telephone screening candidates
Conducting interviews in person and over video conferencing
Developing marketing campaigns utilising social media and our own technology platforms
Briefing candidates on jobs and supporting them on their career journeys
Negotiating job offers
Experience and skills required:

Bachelor's degree qualification in human resource management, business or similar. Alternatively, up to 5 years of relevant work experience performing a similar role
The ability to take a consultative approach with high-level influencing and communication skills
A competitive mindset and desire to win
High-level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to use your emotional intelligence to communicate effectively and build long-standing relationships with clients and candidates
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing tasks at once
Customer-centric approach
