The Desk
This role is geared towards a senior IT recruiter that wants to make a name for themselves in the BI, Data and Analytics space.
There's no ring fencing, no split desks or too many recruiters in this space already. The client base is already in place...we are looking for someone that can develop these accounts out. This hire would suit a strong account developer / someone who can run a solid 360 process within an existing PSA customer.
You will be supported by the NSW GM (who has a solid track record of turning recruiters into $1M+ billers) and a dedicated BDM / New Business Sales Manager.
Opportunity here to either focus on billings (some of the team have been taking home over $400k pa!) or move into a Practice Lead position.
Salary: up to $120,000+ Super + Comms

What are we looking for?
An experienced IT recruiter with ideally a background across BI / Data / Analytics
For a top performer, we would also consider an existing IT recruiter looking to make the move into Data
Ability to work in a non-KPI'd environment - this agency suits consultants with good levels of self drive and motivation to be a high performer
