About the role
Due to growth, we are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic and motivated individual to join our Melbourne CBD team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant working in our Temporary Recruitment Division. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple industry sectors, with a focus on building long-term client relationships, sourcing top candidates, and growing our business. As an employer of choice, IPA are able to offer flexible working arrangements, and currently work in a hybrid working model.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Building excellent long term client relationships
Sourcing suitable candidates for all jobs through a variety of platforms
Maintaining excellent relationships with candidates through candidate care initiatives
New business development and growing our already existing client accounts
To apply for this role you must have:
Demonstrated recruitment in an agency setting, preferably running a Temporary desk
A proven ability to identify and develop new business relationships.
A history of achieving budgets and targets - both professionally and personally
A goal driven attitude and a hunger to succeed
Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter
Be a self-starter, with a can do attitude and great initiative
Demonstrate excellent resilience, motivation and commitment
Work towards tight deadlines and have a sense of urgency
Previous knowledge working with Fasttrack 360 would be an advantage but not essential - full training will be provided

The Melbourne CBD Team, have experienced Recruitment Specialists, so the successful candidate will have extensive on-boarding training, and will always have experienced Recruitment Specialists around to assist.
