As our Senior Recruitment Consultant. you’ll take a 360 approach to managing current permanent requirements for our clients, while also driving growth through acquiring new business and building your portfolio across the aged care and healthcare sectors. You will be experienced in building and managing talent pipelines for the current and future needs of your clients. In the role, you will foster and cultivate strong relationships with all stakeholders from active and passive candidates to clients, your colleagues and other external parties
