ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse based our Laverton Clinic. This position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to contribute to quality clinical care in Sonic Health Plus. In addition to your current clinic based duties, this role is responsible for providing professional, efficient and quality nursing services in accordance with relevant standards and legislative requirements within each state.
DUTIES
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
· Clinic visits within a region
· Clinical auditing
· Staff competencies
· Staff education
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
You will have already have extensive nursing experience in primary healthcare with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Other requirements include:
· A positive, can-do attitude and the drive to deliver quality support to the clinics
· A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable
· Some interstate travel may be required
· Valid driver's license and ability to travel to clinics within Tasmania and Victoria
