Westpac Commercial Banking supports Australian industry through a network of professional bankers, specialists and support teams, and we're committed to offering deep industry expertise to our commercial customers. Westpac's Commercial Property Team is a significant contributor to the performance of Westpac's Business Bank. We support commercial property investors and developers across all sectors throughout New South Wales.
As an SRM in this space, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and sourcing new clients through your own and Westpac-developed marketing initiatives and by maintaining a quality referral network. You'll ensure our customer's needs are met and give them a great experience.
It's a high touch role that gives you the chance to work with a heap of different specialists across the bank.

What do I need?
We're looking for a seasoned relationship manager with ambition and a good energy! With a genuine interest in property and the ability to structure construction and investment transactions with confidence, you'll have a strong commercial lending background covering cashflow lending, credit analysis and deal structuring. A natural people-person, you'll boast an impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new to bank customers and a well-established network of referral sources.
