Senior Reward Leader

We are exclusively partnering with a leading international financial services group to appoint a Global Reward Leader (Director) based in Sydney. Reporting to the Group Head of Reward, you will lead a global team who provide remuneration analysis and advice to global business unit.

Partnering with senior business and HR leaders, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance across a range of business activities including year-end remuneration processes, business hiring and corporate restructures/acquisitions.

You will also lead and support reward-related projects and change management as part of an enterprise-wide reward transformation program. Partnering with key stakeholders you will successfully implement appropriate new reward structures, provide market benchmarking & advice through data analysis, modelling & interpretation; whilst developing solutions to improve remuneration processes on an ongoing basis.

We are ideally looking for an ambitious senior remuneration professional, with strong reward advisory experience gained in a large, fast paced, multinational organization.

With prior leadership experience, ideally managing a regional or dispersed team, you will have excellent communication and influencing skills, a strong analytical mindset, problem solving ability and commercial acumen.
