Brunel is seeking Senior Sales and Marketing Manager on behalf of Invesis. The location of the job is East Coast with flexibility of Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane as travel will be required.
Job purpose:
Promote Invesis to the Australian market, identify potential salesopportunities, and develop an investment/sales pipeline by securing places incompetitive bidding and development teams.
Role & responsibilities:
Invesis is a global investor and developer in sustainable infrastructure, mostly active inthe Public Private Partnerships (PPP) sector. We develop and invest across civil andsocial infrastructure projects including roads, railways, water and marineinfrastructure, tunnels and bridges, hospitals, schools and government buildings. Ourteam of 100 international experts have among the broadest skill set in the industry,from sourcing, originating, bidding for and winning new build PPP projects, through toeffective management of the construction and operational phases.
As part of our role we coordinate the requirements of all key stakeholders – clients, contractors,lenders and investors. The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager is a crucial role for thenext stage of our journey in Australia.

Education and training:
- Degree educated ideally to post-graduate level (or with a relevant professional certification)in an appropriate field (eg architecture / construction / engineering)
- You should demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.
Experience:
- Demonstrable experience managing, winning and closing, complex multidisciplinary PPP or similar infrastructure/development projects
- Demonstrable experience of PPP sales and marketing including promoting a business,identification of opportunities, building consortia and developing relationships with clients, partners, contractors and advisors
- At least 2 years’ experience of PPP or similar infrastructure projects
- At least 3 years’ experience of sales and marketing
Skills and knowledge:
- A good understanding of PPP and wider infrastructure markets
- Expert communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present information in a concise and engaging way in email, letter, reportand presentation formats.
The role will have a visible profile (in the context of the PPPmarket) • Ability to explain the legal, financial and commercial framework within PPP contracts and transactions.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with well-developed negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Fluent in English.
