Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving the business in Industrial Power segment

• Strengthen the market penetration and enhance the value capture of the company in the market.

• Hitting annual sales target with good reward
• Orchestrating the team of online Field Application Engineer, logistics Operations & Marketing to improve market share and productivity at the customers
• Sales Forecast and develop new project pipeline
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

Requirements:

• Degree holder with relative discipline is desirable
• 6 +years of relevant banking experience
• Knowledge of Industrial markets & industry trends in the area of Power electronics/Industrial electronics like Drives, EV Charging, Renewable Energy is preferable
• Excellent Social and communication skill with strong leadership
• Able to work in fast pace and dynamic environment with a international mindset
