- Responsible for driving the business in Industrial Power segment
- Strengthen the market penetration and enhance the value capture of the company in the market.
- Hitting annual sales target with good reward
- Orchestrating the team of online Field Application Engineer, logistics Operations & Marketing to improve market share and productivity at the customers
- Sales Forecast and develop new project pipeline
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Degree holder with relative discipline is desirable
- 6 +years of relevant banking experience
- Knowledge of Industrial markets & industry trends in the area of Power electronics/Industrial electronics like Drives, EV Charging, Renewable Energy is preferable
- Excellent Social and communication skill with strong leadership
- Able to work in fast pace and dynamic environment with a international mindset
