HSD are a Microsoft Partner and experts in Microsoft Enterprise Applications delivery. We are currently seeking a seasoned SharePoint Developer / Consultant, to work alongside the Practice Manager and act as the Lead Technical Designer and Consultant on several high-profile SharePoint projects.
As the successful candidate you will act as an advisor and work across multiple concurrent projects in varying capacities, including pre-sales, architecture, requirements analysis, technical mentorship. You will also play a lead role in the architecture and ongoing development of key products, acting as an internal Subject Matter Expert.
Additionally, you will:
Take ownership of solution design, working closely with Business Analysts and the PMO to deliver product capabilities aligned to customer requirements.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert, leveraging training, industry events and community groups to remain at the cutting edge of Microsoft solutions.
Engage with the wider technology team to produce a seamlessly integrated enterprise solutions
Work with the Sales team and to effectively assess technical requirements for upcoming projects and bids
Act as a leader, mentor and advisor for the Microsoft practice and wider technical team

This means that as the successful candidate you will have the flexibility to work entirely remotely, or from any of our dedicated workspaces around Melbourne. Occasional travel to client sites may be required, and as such this role is only open to Australian Residents.
To be successful in this role you will be a MS SharePoint expert with a passion for emerging technologies and a keen interest in working in leadership and client facing roles. You will also possess advanced knowledge of software development (.NET Stack) and enterprise solution integration. Outstanding communication skills and a consultative mindset are critical.
