The Senior Shopper Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in crafting and driving strategic initiatives that bridge CUB’s and our customers' strategies, turbocharging shopper engagement and boosting conversion for our categories and brands.
You'll spearhead the development of the vertical Game Plan for Coles and team up with Sales to support in leading JBPs and other customer engagements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop an Omni channel game plan for Coles linked to internal & external strategic priorities
- Develop strategic initiatives that maximizes conversion of our categories and brands & enhances the shopper’s experience through ‘ease of shop’
- Unlock strategies to step change how we activate our multi-beverage portfolio across the path to purchase (omni-channel)
- Leverage data driven insights to develop plans that will see us win in key selling weeks, expand in drinking occasions & unlock new occasions for alcohol
- Drive continuous improvement & effective management of DMI through PCR’s (post campaign reports) & shared learnings across the team
- Develop JBP sessions in collaboration with the Customer/Category teams to drive strategic initiatives that create the 3 way win (CUB, Customer & Consumer/Shopper) aligning our growth objectives
- Embed strong agency ways of working and rules of engagement
- Develop high performing, engaged team both for Shopper Marketing & Commercial team
About you:
- Extensive experience across commercial roles; Sales, Category, Marketing
- Shopper Insights / Shopper/Customer Marketing experience preferable
- Strong communication skills – (collaborate cross functionally, deals with both internal & external stakeholders)
- Skilled in leveraging data driven insights to develop actionable plans and strategies
- Highly planned with strong financial acumen
- Strong Growth mindset – creative & innovative thinker
- Strong leadership & people management skills
- Passionate about the liquor industry and winning with shoppers.
