COMPANY:
Slick and Professional Victorian Builder specialising in commercial construction projects up to $50M across Education, Health, Retail and Government facilities.
T3 business with a strong pipeline of projects in Regional Victoria well resourced projects and well structured team.
This business is a 5 day work week, with currently 17 live projects all over Victoria. You will be joining a business that has strong ties with Government projects and ensuring repeat work.
ROLE:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be required manage all daily site duties and monitor the health and safety of all team members.
As the Site Manager, you will ensure that the quality of all projects remains at an exceptional level as well as managing programme and sub contractors.
REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience Managing commercial projects from $10M+
Proven experience in Site Management in the Health & Education Projects
Excellent communication skills
Excellent client relationship
Unlimited Australian working rights
