Overview:
Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking a No. 1 Site Manager with a proven history in delivering projects $50m+ within mission-critical environments to work for a well-established organisation to help deliver a $100m Data Centre project.
Role & Responsibilities:
Working alongside an experienced project team, you will be responsible for the successful and safe delivery of the project from structures through to handover, you will have strong look ahead programming capabilities, a good attitude towards WHS, excellent Client & Contractor management skills and be a calm, capable Leader.
Overall responsibility for the onsite delivery of the program
Ensuring Health and Safety requirements are maintained
Reviewing and writing SWMS
Liaising with project team to ensure the project is on time, on budget and within scope
Reporting progress to the Project Manager
Requirements:
You will be a Site Manager with proven experience as a No. 1 on site delivering projects upwards of $50m
You will have extensive experience working with services within live environments
Any experience within the Data Centre industry will be looked upon favorably
Strong leadership and communication skills
