This company offers project values in the range of $15-40mill, and as an established company with 70+ years of experience in the VIC sector, the client relationships they have built ensure their pipeline of continuing work is ongoing in the education, government, aged-care and sports sectors.

THE ROLE

Attention to detail is an absolute key to success in this role. No compromise! You will be challenged to build complex and technical architectural projects, but you will have the support of a strong team behind you to succeed.

Duties of this role will include but not be limited to;

Oversee and implement all site safety and ensure all procedures are monitored
Monitor the progress of works against the current construction program and ensure trades are coordinating with each other
Oversee the quality of trade works to ensure the required standard is achieved
Liaise with the Client regularly and ensure a long-standing relationship is maintained
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

A history of delivering architecturally challenging projects in Residential or Commercial builds will be required for this initial project.

7-10 years in a Site Management position delivering projects start to finish up to $20mill.
Excellent attention to detail, diligence and willingness to learn
Experience with Aconex will be beneficial
Be somebody that identifies problems before they BECOME a problem
Strong communication skills will be vital as the client's go-to on site
